Responsible for leading the development,
programming, and execution of integrated
sales and marketing strategies to launch all
products within the Work Business, while
offering strategic direction at a category level
to support ongoing product revenue growth
goals. Operate both cross-functionally and
globally, overseeing all aspects of Marketing
Operations pertaining to Herman Miller's
product offer in partnership with our
Commercialization and Product Management
* Leads the development of strategic
frameworks, processes, and tools to drive
impactful and successful product launches
and ongoing product growth strategies,
defining our product-first proposition for

from target audiences.
* Ensures that the marketing strategy is
developed in support of our customers'
buying journey and process, overseeing the
creation of an optimal marketing mix and
experience path, working in partnership
* Leads integrated and outbound marketing
and communications planning, design and
execution, managing external agency
partners, internal resources, and project
teams to achieve deliverables.
* Partners with brand, editorial, and agency
resources to develop audience-led product
messaging, stories, and narratives, driving
impactful communications that build
preference for Herman Miller solutions.
*Commercializes knowledge with an
insight-led selling methodology, building
differentiatation in the market, and
delivering exceptional value to our
partners and customers, through various
messaging and tools.
*Drives consistency and standards across
Product Marketing experiences and tools,
working within brand guidelines and global
*Considers long-term product life cycle
needs in market launch planning, as well
as holistic category needs, providing base
level and maintenance support.
*Creates measurable and quantifiable
demand, utilizing a range of demand
generation techniques against defined and
clear ROI KPI's.
*Leads the integration and engagement of
Regional Marketing Teams to ensure
global platforms, initiatives, and tools
transcend geographical boundaries, and
can be scaled and adopted.
*Manages product launch allocations and

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, Strategy, or equivalent
education and professional experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Postgraduate Marketing qualifications and/
or evidence of continuous professional
- Eight to ten years of professional
experience in Sales/Marketing; five plus
years at a senior level, working in a
product/category-focused role. A
background in Design and Portfolio
- Strong strategic and analytical skills,
combined with global business acumen.
Global experience preferred.
- Expert ability to think strategically and
execute tactically; must be financially
literate, and possess well-developed
